I needed a new mask and wanted to test out a few. I landed up spending a lot of time trying out 3 masks and was treated with courtesy and patience even though I took a long time trying them on. I finally made a decision and was reminded of the 30 day trial period. Am very happy with the service and the price. Cpapclnic is now my new supplier

I placed an order yesterday for some replacement gels for my mom s mask and...they arrived today, free shipping included. All the other places I phoned and even placed an order with never even bothered to reply. I guess they see it as a bother, unless you order big ticket items. You have found a new customer. I bought a Z1 machine from CPAP Clinic for travel and my business travel. This is a fantastic medical device, a lightweight device and does not take place in luggage compared to other CPAP. I save around $200 compared to purchasing it from suppliers in the province of Québec for the same service and after sale service. Before buying this machine, I exchanged emails with CPAP Clinic and they responded quickly to all my questions. As I was in Mississauga for business matters, they put a machine on hold for a couple of days before my travel for a pick up in store. Otherwise, they were ready to ship it to me at home. When I arrived in store, they set the machine for me. They provided me an excellent service. Congratulations! J ai acheté un CPAP Z1 de CPAP Clinic pour mes voyages et mes déplacements d affaires. Ce dispositif médical est fantastique en plus d être léger et de ne pas prendre beaucoup de place dans les bagages par rapport aux autres CPAP. J ai épargné environ 200 $ comparativement à avoir acheté cet appareil auprès de fournisseurs au Québec et ce, pour le même service et pour le service après vente. Avant d acheter cet appareil, j ai échangé des courriels avec CPAP Clinic et ils ont répondu rapidement à toutes mes questions. Comme j étais à Mississauga pour des raisons d affaires, ils ont mis une machine de côté pour quelques jours avant mon déplacement d affaires pour une livraison en magasin. Autrement, ils étaient prêts à me l expédié à la maison. Quand je suis arrivé au magasin, ils ont préparé l appareil pour moi. Ils m ont fourni un excellent service. Félicitations!
